For secure financial operations, CEYLON TRAVELS works with Dark Matter as its authorized finance and transaction partner.

Payments are processed through secure gateways. Full credit or debit card details are never stored by CEYLON TRAVELS.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only when the required deposit or full payment is received, and written confirmation is issued by CEYLON TRAVELS.
5. Pricing & Currency
Prices are quoted in agreed currencies stated in proposals or invoices. Prices may change due to exchange rate variations, supplier adjustments, or regulatory changes before confirmation.
6. Deposits & Final Payments
A deposit may be required to secure arrangements. Full payment must be completed prior to travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period and supplier terms. Where a supplier cancels services, CEYLON TRAVELS will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
8. Non-Refundable & Final Payment Policy
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, services are considered contractually secured, and payments may be treated as final and non-refundable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
